Important history that everyone should know. And remember, in 50 years, the LGBTQ community went from being beaten and arrested by law enforcement to being praised by a black president who raised the colors of the LGBTQ flag on the facade of the White House.
Let our history be an example that when people work together, change can happen, and sometimes change makes life better for people. There are people who need to be more visible. There are other conversations we need to be having. We need to keep working to make life better, together.
