How awful/great is it working for Disney as someone who is not 18-21? I ask because I might be headed there.

It isn’t that bad. i started working for Disney when I was 30 and have been there for almost 14 years. There are so many type of jobs, there is something for everyone.

I have snowbirds, retired couples, that work with me during the winter and they absolutely love it. Like all jobs, you get out of it what you put into it. Some days are great, some are the worst.

I’m 43. I’m kinda in the middle. The majority of the Cast that I Coordinate over are in their 20s, but I also have a few that are 60+. I have some of the  senior citizen cast that act like teenagers and some of the 20 year olds that act like old curmudgeons.

Heck, I’m older than some (most) of my managers. Working there keeps me young. It doesn’t matter how old you are. If you go in with a positive attitude, you get good results.
